Jefe is the Spanish word for boss. Jefes is a community space focused on increasing Latinx representation in tech, the arts, finance and business. We wanted to see more actionable, practical content and connections aimed at showcasing inspirational stories of achievement and leadership by the Latinx community within industries and spaces that traditionally lack diversity.
We hope to create an inclusive community where our members can make new connections, ask for advice and mentorship, and find the tools to advance within their careers and creative pursuits - to not only thrive, but be the boss. Join us to get access to the member's portal and join the movement !
